Pure bliss: Nature Lovers
As a child I recall daydreaming, a lot. Quite frankly I still day dream as an adult. Oftentimes you’ll find me staring into space, especially when surrounded by nature, water or a sunset.
Growing up I was considered a water baby. My family loved the beach so I couldn’t avoid the inevitable. We have home videos of me riding the waves, looking off into space and completely at peace, chillin’. Same routine for plane/car rides and daily walks around the park. I was always daydreaming.
Truth be told, I’m actually experiencing total bliss when surrounded by nature. The beauty and calmness of it all allows me to think. On the many occasions when I’m daydreaming I’m truly in deep thought.
Let’s take a moment, close your eyes and just imagine ocean views, canyons, deserts, waterfalls, forests etc. What comes to mind? Are you at peace? Are you experiencing clarity?
Nature is Gods creation, which is why I believe it’s beneficial for when you just need to re-center , cool off & just process certain things. I hope I’m not sounding like those super woke and one with the universe hipsters, I really just have a love for all things pertaining to nature. So much to the point that I’m writing about it lol.
There’s a level of gratitude and humbleness I believe is needed in order to fully appreciate nature. After all, during these turbulent times, I count it a blessing to be able to find joy, peace and happiness in the little things. So the next time you’re on a plane, in a car, on a hike, at the beach; really take time to marvel and appreciate the blessings around you. Chat later, going for a walk! *winks*
